I've been selecting to serve in Americorps in Sacramento, CA. I'll be spending ten months completing projects there as well as in other western states. I'll be updating this blog with all of the fun stuff I'll be doing.

We're basically done with training! YAY! I have a Save the Children course on Monday. I'll learn about working with kids in a disaster relief place.
But currently there is a situation. While hanging out with my pod a fluorescent light broke.....we're still dealing with that. Later today I'm going to a trampoline fun place! I'm stoked!

    We got a sitiation.... why is a broken light a sitiation?

    The crisis was averted. Too bad none of us took the HAZWOPER else we would've known what to do about the glass!
